Refund & Return Policy

Please read the following carefully to understand our return and refund policy for all electric scooters sold on https://european-kukirin.com

(Note: Retain the original packaging box; do not damage the packaging box for future returns.)

For Product Defects

KuKirin will make every effort to provide technical support to resolve minor issues.
KuKirin will also provide necessary replacement parts and cover all repair costs associated with verified product damage.

In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, provided that the product remains in its original, unused condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with mileage on the scooter odometer less than five kilometers (3 miles), showing no odor, dirt, or dust, and must include all items inside the box (charger, keys, tools, gifts, etc.) and the original packaging.
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Before Shipping

Electric Scooter Orders:
If you cancel an order before shipping, no fee will be charged.

If cancellation occurs after shipping has been arranged but before delivery, a fixed return fee of €180 will apply to partially cover logistics costs.

If the customer refuses delivery, the parcel will be returned and a refund minus €180 will be issued to the original payment method.
If a customer orders the wrong model and wishes to reorder, no cancellation fee will apply after confirmation of the new order.

(1) Right of Withdrawal: Consumers may request to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, according to EU regulations.

(2) Accessory Orders:If cancellation is requested before shipment and within one business day, the order will be canceled free of charge.

1.2 After Shipping

If you wish to cancel an order after shipping, a €180 return shipping fee will apply. KuKirin will provide an authorized return label via our designated carrier.

If you choose to arrange the return independently, you are responsible for ensuring the product’s safe return.
Please use a shipping service with signature confirmation and consider purchasing return insurance.
KuKirin cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during customer-arranged return transit.

Note:
You must contact KuKirin’s customer service by email before returning any products.
Once your cancellation request is approved, KuKirin will send a Return Authorization Email.
Unapproved parcels will be refused and any related losses will be borne by the customer.

2. Returns

For non-quality-related reasons, customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt in line with EU consumer law.
A return shipping fee of €180 will apply.

Do not ship your scooter before receiving the correct return address from customer service.

3. Shipping Damage and Issues

Customers may refuse parcels with serious transportation damage (e.g., frame deformation, loss of function).
Please contact info@european-kukirin.com
 within 7 days of receipt, providing photos or videos as evidence.

KuKirin will verify the issue and, if confirmed, will replace or repair the product free of charge, including associated logistics costs.

Minor cosmetic issues such as the following are not eligible for free return or replacement:
(1) Minor scratches or paint wear
(2) Slightly bent adjustable parts
(3) Handlebar or removable accessories
(4) Normal wear after use

4. Damaged-on-Arrival Policy

If a product is found damaged or faulty upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting materials (photos/videos).
Once confirmed, KuKirin will replace the product or issue a full refund and bear all logistics costs.
Requests submitted after 7 days will be treated as standard warranty claims.

5. Fees and Non-Refundable Items

Fees:
If the scooter has already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for a €180 return shipping fee.
If packaging is damaged or incomplete, any extra costs will be borne by the customer.

Non-refundable items:
(1) Replacement parts and accessories
(2) Damage caused by human error
(3) Special or custom orders
(4) Used items (unless defective upon arrival)
(5) Gift cards or free gifts

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
